“Imprecatory” prayer – praying against the wicked – audio

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

These 5 talks by Sean Kehoe deal with the controversial topic of “imprecation” or “execration” whereby one prays against the wicked. This is something which many believe we must never do, arguing that we can only pray for people. Yet the Bible is full of passages, not only from David but also Moses, Jeremiah, apostle Paul, apostle John, and many many others who regularly prayed in this way. So, the aim of these talks is to show when, how and by whom, such prayers or proclamations should be made.
